So! I've been a huge fan of Pokemon GO since it came out! Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond my control, I lost access to my original account. I reopened an account June 26th of 2018. I've been playing it a lot ever since!

I have a Pokeball Plus which I take around with me as often as I can remember to charge it. This helps a lot when I have to spend a ton of time on a crowded bus... I get pretty nervous but playing Pokemon GO always calms me down when I have to go in packed public spaces : )
I have Pokemon GO to thank for a lot, including getting me out of being scared to go outside! In 2018, I was super agorophobic... it controlled a lot of my life. But, I was able to start moving my life into a more positive direction thanks to my Pokemon friends being right with me in my pocket everywhere I went! I used it to get through scary medical appointments, big travel, overcoming many of my fears... and look at me now! I do lots of things in public, including going to school and taking public transit and I'm not terrified like I was before. Thank you Niantic!

I have a lot of happy memories stored in my Pokemon GO account. My Pokemon there represent people, places, moments in time that now walk beside me even if they are gone, I'll never be alone.
I also really enjoy participating in Community Days with J and Ciel. We did two GOfests now together as a family, Global GOfest 2021 and 2022---both of which were very magical!!!

I'm trying to hit level 40 but since I don't actively sink (real life) money into my account and because I don't grind raids, I have a bit of a ways to go. Maybe by the end of the year I can get there!

I nickname every Pokemon that I keep. Maybe I'll post a video to show off all of them at some point... who knows! It's a bit personal though.. hehe.

Futari is named after two things! Futari wa Precure (my second favorite season of the Pretty Cure anime) and Mushihimesama Futari (a CAVE shump)! To me, it represents being together with my Dragonite and the bond that we share!

Rosary represents the time of my life where I caught it, where I was really coming to terms with my spirituality and faith. She reminds me of the stability I now have due to my faith in God, as well as the stability of (found) family and my friends.

Materia was caught during an Eeevee Community day. I fondly remember that day with J, we drove all around town trying to find a strong Eevee to add to our collections... I view Materia as a mysterious and shy mage. Materia are items in the Final Fantasy series that let the player do magical things like cast summons, spells, and much more.

I remember this raid so well! Me and J were part of a group chat for Pokemon GO raiders, this was back when you couldn't do remote raids. We drove out in the middle of a serious windstorm, we were staying at my Grandmothers house so we were close to where all the raiders were getting together. We had tried a few raids and kept failing to catch Mewtwo, when finally... I caught him! The wind storm was so severe that the next day we came back to where we raided and a telephone pole had fallen!!! I named Mewtwo ChibiWaffle because... it's a nickname I give to Sephiroth and Mewtwo is Pokemon Sephiroth.

Doremi is an elegant and magical so it only seemed fitting to name it after one of my favorite Magical Girl shows, Ojamajo Doremi! I was watching a lot of the third season of the show at the time of catching it! Now, I use it all the time and always hum the opening theme song when I do. Pretty Witchie Gardevoirchi~
